Breeding Exquisite Bengals
Where Beauty Meets Character
———

10 December 2023

Our revamped website has been up and running for over a year now. And also on social media like instagram we post regularly about our bengals. And now, we would like to involve you even more with our cattery, provide you with more useful info about bengals and share all the things our bengals experience. Hence, we are going to add a blog to our website.

Let’s get right to a theme: departure of our kittens to the new home. Today, the last kitten moved out of the early September litter. See the group photo below. A common question we receive is: Don’t you find it difficult when kittens move out?

After more than 10 years of breeding, the house still feels empty when all the kittens have left. We care for the little ones with great attention and love. Sometimes we get quite attached to a kitten, too: it doesn’t make saying goodbye any easier.

On the other hand: imagine we would keep all the kittens to ourselves. In no time I would become a real cat lady with 30+ cats. I couldn’t share the pleasure of having a bengal with anyone, after all, I’m keeping everything to myself. And besides, I would have a streesed out husband at home….

So yes, we miss the little ones after they leave. And alo yes, I am happy they are moving and make other people happy. I get to enjoy them for the first 3 months, after that this is the prerogative of the new owners. This completes the circle.

And finally, we very often receive pictures of the kittens in their new homes, which we are always extremely happy about.
